杜超，女，工学博士，硕士生导师，鲁东大学食品工程学院讲师。

研究方向或领域：

天然产物中活性物质的制备与开发：天然产物中活性成分的分离纯化与结构解析、活性组分的组成及活性评价、

慢性疾病细胞模型及动物模型构建；预制菜营养评价及改善等。

社会兼职：
