金成武

金成武,男,吉林延边人,农学博士,副教授。2006年8月毕业于韩国国立江原大学植物生命工学专业。

现授课程:食品分析,现代仪器分析,食品质量安全检测新技术进展(研)

目前研究方向或领域 研究方向为药用、食用植物的功能性成分的提取、分析及其生物活性检测。主要

利用远红外辐照结构转换技术、微生物发酵技术、固定化酶技术等物理生物转化技术,剧增植物中的微量或

痕量特异活性物质的含量, 并应用该些技术研发功能食品、特医食品、天然医药品等领域。

目前承担的科研项目主持教育部留学归国人员启动基金1项,山东省高等学校科技发展项目1项,企业

横向项目1项。
